The Dermal Institute of Clinical Aesthetics (DICA) Academy was founded by Dermaesthetics, Beverly Hills Formula, Inc. and created to help professional clients, med spas, dermatologists, estheticians, and other licensed professionals.
We are committed to changing lives through skincare and transforming how confident people feel in their skin - no matter what age, gender, or ethnicity.
Our philosophy is to blend the best of eastern and western practices with clinically proven ingredients to safely and effectively treat skin and resolve conditions/concerns. Our programs provide instruction and demonstration of introductory and advanced techniques that make for sought-after additions to any treatment repertoire.

Dr. Ann Lee alters the perception of corrective skincare. Dr. Lee immigrated to the United States in 1969 and began her journey of sharing the benefits of eastern medicine alongside western medicine in skincare and pursue studies in cosmetic chemistry.
For the past 30+ years, Dr. Lee has sourced some of the best ingredients in Asia, Europe, and South America. By combining her Korean heritage and US education in cosmetic chemistry, Dr. Lee has achieved the fine balance of utilizing Western active ingredients with the holistic Eastern approach to treating skin concerns and ailments.
She has worked her way up to the highest levels of contract formulation and manufacturing with some of the world’s most famous brands, chemists, and celebrities.
With the help and guidance of her family & friends; Dr. Lee launched Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills, a results oriented skincare company for beauty professionals. After many decades of experience, she founded DICA Academy to help licensed professionals stay on top of the field and keep up with industry standards.
Director of Global Operations
LINCOLN LEE
Lincoln Lee serves as a Director of Global Operations at Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills, Inc. covering 20+ countries and education.
He began his career in finance, leading him to Asia where he worked internationally as a Director of Operations negotiating contracts and marketing ventures in China, Korea, Vietnam, and Japan. Prior to joining Dermaesthetics, Lincoln worked for various legal and financial institutions in private equity and investment banking, Ministry of Legislation, Republic of Korea, CGV Entertainment, US film industry, and was previously the director of the Beauty MBA Program at Pacific States University, Los Angeles.
Currently Dermaesthetics and Mr.Lee consults and advises for various medical, health & beauty, and fashion companies on a global scale. Some organizations being UCI Medical Center, Cinema MakeUp School, Riverside Community College, Santa Barbara City College, Citrus College, Golden West College, University of San Diego, and various Esthetic and Advanced Esthetic institutions across the world, engaging in skincare topics and legal compliances.
He currently sits on various advisory boards for mobile start up technologies, emerging skincare and device companies, and consults for privately held beauty brands. Mr. Lee holds a BS from UC Santa Barbara, JD & LLM from the University of San Diego, MBA from Cal. State University of Northridge, EMBA from Thunderbird University, and Executive distinguishments from Yonsei University, Stanford, and Harvard Business School.
The DICA Academy provides instructions and demonstrations of introductory and advanced techniques that make for sought-after additions to any treatment repertoire.
